Alan Pemberton and Andrei Tenu have ported my classic game to the Sinclair QL. You can grab it from the downloads. I need to emphasize how blessed I am by the love and appreciation from the retro community for Rabenstein. It was supposed to be a little game with the sole purpose to showcase the ability of the DAAD Adventure system, which I recovered with Tim Gilberts at that time (the English language version). We debugged interpreters, like the one for Commodore 64 or the Atari ST, polished everything and then Tim said to me: now the only thing we need is a little game that showcases the system. Obviously this grew way bigger than it was ever intended. Rabenstein became a massive hit and is now considered a modern classic. Judging by the standards I've set with Hibernated Director's Cut and The Ghosts of Blackwood Manor, I always felt the Rabenstein parser, or better said the way I implemented it, is horrible, but still, people love it. Since then, the game has been completely ported to the Spanish language, a wonderful effort by the Spanish community that grew up with the legendary games from Aventuras AD. And now a Sinclair QL port. So let's pause for a second and let me take a moment to thank the community for their ongoing support. This is beyond everything I ever expected.
